CHOCOLATE WORLD EXPO TO BENEFIT VENTURE’S NEW EQUESTRIAN PROGRAM
Proceeds from the World Chocolate Expo are targeted for an exciting new project at Camp Venture, a local care provider for people with developmental disabilities in Rockland County. For over 15 years Venture’s Equestrian Program has brought together children, teens and adults with disabilities, and volunteers from across our area, who share a love of horses and riding.
Plans are underway to build an indoor Equestrian Center of modest size and scope to accommodate year-round riding so that so many more disabled youngsters and adults who are interested in the therapeutic equestrian program can take part. It’s located at Venture’s north campus in Stony Point, New York.
These programs that bring people together to do great things for their neighbors in need are the most important. The Venture Family believe such programs are worthy of asking our community to support. Come on out on Sunday, February 10 and help us raise funds to build a new equestrian program at Venture.
