chocolate tasting experience for a truly palate-pleasing adventure.
Enjoy organic, award-winning chocolates while discovering the process by which they journey “from bean to bar.” You’ll learn how the remarkable cacao tree (from which chocolate is made) can help sustain crucial rainforests and benefit their indigenous peoples.
As you mindfully savor each bite, you’ll find out how chocolate can be beneficial to your health, and you’ll learn what ingredients to look for and which ones to avoid on a chocolate box or bar label.
Note: Roxanne’s 2pm presentation will also feature a pairing of exquisite chocolates with premium wines from Long Island’s own Clovis Point Winery.
